Tracked mobile three-deck screen designed for classifying materials into four fractions, for applications in quarries, crushing circuits, sand and gravel, coal, topsoil, biomass and recycling.

The Tesab TS3600 is a tracked mobile three-deck screen designed to classify materials into four fractions. It is fitted with a high-performance screen box, a working angle adjustable between 20° and 30°, and hydraulically folding stockpiling conveyors. Its configuration allows it to work in quarrying, crushing circuits, sand and gravel, coal, topsoil, biomass and recycling applications, offering great versatility and a fast set-up time.

Its tipping grid operated by remote control, the integrated transfer conveyor and fourth product conveyor, together with a set-up time of 15 minutes, make it an efficient and versatile solution for the most demanding work.

  • Three-deck screen box with direct drive.
  • Top deck: 6100 × 1524 mm. Middle deck: 6100 × 1524 mm. Bottom deck: 5490 × 1524 mm.
  • Screen working angle adjustable between 20° and 30°.
  • 125 HP Caterpillar diesel engine.
  • Standard 10.01 m³ hopper with tipping grid operated by radio control.
  • 1200 mm wide belt feeder with adjustable speed.
  • 1050 mm wide main conveyor.
  • 1200 mm fines (tail) conveyor with a 4638 mm stockpiling height.
  • 800 mm side conveyor with a 5100 mm stockpiling height.
  • Fourth product conveyor of 650 mm with an integrated transfer conveyor.
  • Stockpiling conveyors with hydraulic folding for transport.
  • Tracked machine with radio control and a backup cable control.
  • Approximate set-up time: 15 minutes.
