Tracked mobile prescreener designed for material classification applications in mining, quarries, aggregates, civil works and recycling.

The Tesab TS1860 is the highest-capacity tracked mobile prescreener in the TESAB range, designed to classify materials into two fractions in the most demanding applications. Fitted with a two-deck screen box of 6100 x 1830 mm (top deck) and 5490 x 1830 mm (bottom deck), a large 11.5 m³ direct feed hopper lined with Hardox wear plate and hydraulically folding stockpiling conveyors, it delivers high productivity and fast set-up.

Its robust construction makes it an ideal solution for mining, quarrying, aggregates, civil works and recycling applications. The lower part of the screen box can be raised to make access to the bottom deck easier, and it has fixed walkways with safety handrails on both sides.

  • Two-deck screen box: 6100 x 1830 mm (top) and 5490 x 1830 mm (bottom).
  • 225 HP Caterpillar diesel engine.
  • Tracked machine on 500 mm wide tracks.
  • 11.5 m³ direct feed hopper lined with Hardox plate.
  • 1500 mm wide belt feeder with variable speed.
  • Stockpiling conveyors with hydraulic folding for transport.
  • Screen angle adjustable between 13° and 17°.
  • Screening speed: 950 rpm. Amplitude adjustable up to 10 mm. G-force: 4.95–5.05.
  • Raisable lower section for easier access to the bottom deck.
  • Fixed walkways with safety handrails.
