The Tesab 200TCR is a tracked mobile cone crusher with an integrated recirculation system, designed to produce crushed and classified material in a single machine. Fitted with an MC200 crushing chamber, a two-deck screen and a recirculation circuit, it combines high crushing efficiency with continuous classification.
It includes load level and material monitoring, hydraulic CSS adjustment and a hydraulic overload protection system. Its open-chassis design makes maintenance easier, while the generous clearance between the cone discharge and the main conveyor feed promotes continuous material flow and reduces the risk of blockages.
