Modular picking plant that is easy to transport and install, made up of two semi-mobile units for treating C&D waste either together or independently.
The REC100 is a completely modular system, easy to transport and install. It consists of two semi-mobile units prepared to treat CDW jointly or independently from the plant: a reception hopper with a fines pre-sorting system and a triage platform. In this way, it allows the recycling and separation of various products in a safe and efficient manner, leaving the CDW clean for subsequent treatment or reuse.
Receiving hopper
- Chute hopper with a capacity of 8 m3.
- Vibrating pre-screener feeder driven by 2×5,5 Kw adjustable unbalance motor vibrators.
- Folding conveyor belt CA_100 with 1000 mm belt and 11 m length.
- Magnetic separator with permanent magnet or electromagnet.
Triage platform
- Pneumatic separator with blower from 3 to 7,5 Kw of power and flow regulation by means of frequency variator (VSD).
- Triage cabin with 4 work stations, thermally and acoustically insulated, illuminated and air-conditioned.
