The Tesab 800i is the highest-capacity tracked jaw crusher in the TESAB range, designed for primary crushing in quarries and for highly demanding work. Its robust construction, together with a high-capacity feed system and independent two-deck pre-screening, optimises material flow and maximises operating efficiency.

Fitted with a 1050 x 800 mm crushing unit, direct drive and a wide 1200 mm main conveyor, the 800i offers a reliable solution for processing hard materials. It also comes as standard with a telescopic side conveyor for fines, an integrated dust suppression system and a design intended to make maintenance easier, reduce operating costs and improve safety on site.
